This is a power control for a whole estate with a surge protector if any unsual fault
it trip off to protect the circuit or when low/high voltage is occur it won't power on to protect the house
that's where the Automatic Changeover comes in instead of being in the dark th Changeover will power on the generator if the inverter is currently down.
